AQUATIX is a European-based company at the crossroads of aquaculture, gastronomy, and sustainable production, with headquarters in Greece.

Founded by a team of practitioners with backgrounds in farming, food processing, and marine science, AQUATIX serves as a hub for high-quality seafood, caviar, and selected agri-food products originating from the Caspian, the Mediterranean, and neighboring regions.

We are not only coordinators of supply; we are directly involved in farming and production, and we work closely with a network of carefully selected partner farms. This integrated approach allows us to secure consistent quality at the source, maintain traceable and responsible practices, and align long-term production planning with the needs of our clients.

From sturgeon and shrimp to olive oil and nature-based ingredients, AQUATIX focuses on traceability, technical integrity, and quietly uncompromising standards. Our role is to act as a bridge between farms, science, and fine tables – bringing together producers who care about how food is raised with chefs, buyers, and distributors who care about what ultimately reaches the plate.
